BOOKING / Cancellation Policy

We kindly remind you that we hold a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy

SK:N FOCUS requires a booking fee of $55 for any Skin or Body Related Services.

A $25 deposit fee for our Brow Bar services to secure your booking.

Your Booking fee will come off the total at the end of your treatment on the day.

If you need to reschedule your appointment 24 Hours notice is required and your booking fee will be carried over to your new appointment.

No shows, Late Cancellations or Late changes to your appointment with less than 24 hours notice will result in losing your booking fee.

MOBILE PHONES

We kindly ask of you to please turn your mobile phone on silent whilst in the clinic. For the courtesy of others and your own relaxation time.

CHILDREN

Due to our insurance, lack of space and Hazardous materials stocked in the clinic, Unfortunately we cannot allow children into the premises or treatment rooms.

We do apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

But it is to ensure the safety of your children.

TREATMENT/COURSE POLICY

At SK:N FOCUS we understand that sometimes circumstances change. If you have purchased a course or treatment and have not yet commenced or used any part of it, we offer a change of mind refund policy valid for up to 3 months from date of purchase.

ELIGIBILITY: The course or treatment must be completely unused. Requests must be made within 3 months of the original payment date. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method or, if Preferred can be held as store credit for the future.

IMPORTANT NOTES: Partial refunds will not be offered for courses or packages that have already commenced. Refund requests after 3 months from the date of purchase will not be eligible. Any promotional discounts applied at the time of purchase may be deducted from the refund if applicable.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND: Please contact us directly in clinic or via email at admin@skinfocus.clinic with your proof of purchase and reason for your change of mind. Our team will be happy to assist you through the process.

RETURN PRODUCT POLICY

If you change your mind about a product you purchased we are happy to offer a refund or an exchange underthe following conditions; The request is made within 14 days of purchase of the purchase date.

The product is to be un-opened, unused and in resalable condidtion. Provide a valid proof of purchase (receipt or transaction record)

EXCLUSIONS: we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with dur to hygiene and safety regulations. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for change of mind refunds unless faulty.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE: Please return the item to our clinic with your proof of purchase.
